  • Which is better to learn first — AutoCAD or SolidWorks?
    AutoCAD first, in most cases. It teaches drafting discipline — layers, dimensioning, projections, plotting — which is what junior CAD jobs actually do all day, and it transfers to every other package. SolidWorks is the stronger second step once you're targeting 3D product design or manufacturing. If you already draft daily at work, you can start straight on SolidWorks.
  • Can I learn CAD without an engineering degree?
    Yes. The AutoCAD track starts from interface and drafting fundamentals and assumes no CAD background. Diploma holders, ITI students, architecture students and career-changers all train here. What matters more than the degree is putting in lab hours — which is why we teach classroom-only, on machines you can actually sit at.
  • Do you run online CAD classes?
    No — CAD tracks are classroom-only at the Vijayanagar centre. Modelling is learned by having a trainer watch you build, and a licensed seat on a CAD-grade workstation isn't something we can post to you. If you can't travel to Vijayanagar, we'd rather tell you that up front than sell you a batch you won't finish.
